All teachers and administrators in the District have access to PD In Focus, an online digital learning platform that encompasses a variety of classroom vignettes and research-based resources on instructional practices to improve teacher effectiveness and increase student achievement . This on-demand, digital learning platform for professional development serves as a valuable resource for school-based professional learning communities, deliberate practice, and collaborative professional development opportunities with videos and other content related to research-based school improvement.  Targeted professional learning on the use of the online digital learning platform is provided to PLSTs, administrators, and District professional development providers to incorporate as part of professional learning activities and follow-up assignments for blended learning.
